Urgent recruitment candidates for Micro Finance Company as loan provider and monthly EMI collection role. Male and female both experience and freshers candidates are eligible for this job role.

Salary:- 15,000/- to 17,000/- monthly + P.F, E.S.I and Mediclaim available.

Other Benefits:- TA– 4,000/- (Bike mandatory), Incentives– Up to 50,000/-

Duty Hours:- 8 Hours. (Sunday Holiday)

Job Locations:- Nabadwip, Katwa, Bardhaman, Singur, Masagram, Suri (West Bengal)

Qualifications Required:- Minimum HS Pass or Graduation pass

Job Role:- Loan providing & EMI collection

Job Descriptions:-

• Build a robust pipeline by conducting market visits, networking and collecting quality leads to meet loan disbursement targets.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary needs and offer suitable loan options.
• Stay informed about the company loan schemes, interest rates, EMI structures, loan tenures and promotions to provide accurate and competitive offers to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, partners, and clients to generate leads and referrals.
• Identify overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions as per company policy.
• Follow up defaulters through calls, SMS and field visits and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
• Collaborate with legal teams to take action in case of high value amount defaulters.
