Salary: – 9,000/- to 11,000/- Per Month + Incentives.

Duty Hours: – 8 Hour (Sunday Holiday).

Job locations: -Bankura, Purulia, Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Asansol, Dhanbad, Andal, Raniganj, Durgapur, Panagarh, Bardhaman, Birbhum, Nadia, Hooghly, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Murshidabadh, Malda.

Job Descriptions: –

• Conduct door to door or site based survey to gather data on health card ownership and usage or issuing new health card to the concern person.
• Explain the purpose of survey to respondents and address any questions or concerns.
• Accurately record responses on paper or digital form.
• Report daily progress to Survey Supervisor and highlight any challenges encountered.
• Adhere to survey protocols and guidelines provided by Organizations.
• Coordinate daily survey activities, including assigning area of coverage and managing schedules.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure that all collected data is securely stored and transmitted according to the organizations policies.
• Perform random checks to verify the quality of data collected by enumerators.
