Recruitment Candidates for Receptionist Job
Salary :– 10,000/- to 12,000/- Per Month
Duty Hours :– 8 Hours. (One day holiday).
Job Location :– Durgapur (West Bengal)
Job Role :-
Receiving visitors and ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate person or department.
Managing incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when necessary.
Scheduling meeting and appointments, maintaining the calendar and coordinating with staff members.
Liaising with other department to relay messages, handle deliveries or provide support as needed.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Qualification Required :- Minimum 10th Pass & above. (Male & Female both can apply)
